   Additional adult guests will be charged at the rate of $5.00 per guest per night plus
   appropriate taxes. 

We also charge a non-refundable $50.00 cleaning fee per stay and a refundable $150.00 damage deposit which will be returned within 10 business days of your departure depending upon the condition of the property.

The lodging tax for Bent Tree Cabins is 9%.

Seasons
 
We have minimum stay of 2 nights for most of our seasons; however, we do require a 3 night minimum for reservations that encompass a holiday unless otherwise specified.  Our holidays are listed below.  Weekly rates are based on a 6 night/7 day stay and Monthly rates are based on a stay of 29 nights/30 days.

January 1st through December 31st

$196.00 per night (4 persons) plus appropriate taxes - Sunday through Saturday - $5.00/night for each additional person; 2 night minimum stay required except as indicated by a specific holiday. Please check holiday requirements below.

March 1st through Labor Day

$196.00 per night (4 persons) plus appropriate taxes - Sunday through Saturday - $5.00/night for each additional person; 2 night minimum required.

Holidays

Holidays include New Years, Spring Break Week, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Rate - $196.00 per night/4 Persons plus appropriate taxes.  $10.00/night each additional person.

New Years - 2 night minimum stay required unless December 31st falls on a Sunday.  If December 31st falls on a Sunday, then 3 night minimum stay is required. 

Memorial Day Weekend - 3 night minimum stay required.  No exceptions.

4th of July - 2 night minimum stay required unless July 3rd falls on a Sunday.  If July 3rd falls on a Sunday, then 3 night minimum stay is required.

Labor Day Weekend - 3 night minimum stay required.  No exceptions.

Thanksgiving - 3 night minimum stay required.  No exceptions.

Christmas - 3 night minimum stay required.  No exceptions.
